Returns and Exchanges
We will gladly exchange goods or offer a full refund in a 15-day window if the product is faulty in some way.

Change of mind returns are not accepted.
Refunds
Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser's method of payment and the exact card used to make the purchase.
Upon receiving goods with the original receipt, the refund will be processed as soon as possible. We estimate refunds will be made by the provider of your payment method within 7-10 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Please retain your shipping note until you have received your refund.
